We call this a resume, but really we just need to know where you are at in your mechanical journey.

$1,000 deposit to reserve your spot in the course
This deposit can be in the form of interac e-transfer or by cheque. Students NOT wanting to register in all three components to obtain full mechanic's training will be held on a waiting list. Those who want full mechanic's certification get first priority.

QBS Fee Breakdown
Once you have paid your deposit, your place in both the QBS residence and the QBS course is reserved.
There are four spots available for each course. We need at least three seats filled for each course to make it economically viable for us to properly facilitate the learning environment we require. Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis and does not become complete until your $1000 deposit is paid.
This deposit is non-refundable unless you withdraw in enough time to allow another person to register for the course you reserved. If your place is filled by someone new, we will transfer your deposit to a later course or issue you a refund.
The balance of the course fees plus GST must be paid 1 MONTH before the course starts.
If the course is cancelled due to low enrolment you will get a refund or you can transfer your deposit to another course date.
Fees for 2024
Module 1. Bicycle Assembly & Tuning
$2000 CAD + GST
Module 2. Professional Bicycle Repair
$2,000 CAD + GST
Module 3. Bicycle Repair Practicum
$2,000 CAD + GST
Tuition for the entire QBS Curriculum is $6,000 CAD + GST which includes registration and accommodation.

The QBS curriculum is built on a foundation of history, theory, practical application and was created with consultation alongside the Bicycle Trade Association of Canada.
We’ve worked hard to create a lesson plan that empowers our mechanics to learn the fundamentals of professional bicycle repair from the wheels up.
